You can legally buy them in the shop MushLove.pl and legally store them.
You can conduct research under a microscope or simply observe.
You can keep growkits at home without any problems.
Please note - while growkits are 100% legal in Poland, you are not allowed to grow the mushroom itself, the so-called fruiting body
The fruiting bodies of Psilocybe Cubensis mushrooms contain substances which are prohibited in Poland.
In order to avoid problems, do not make the fruiting body of the mycelium and, just in case, pour fungicide over the growkit within 72 hours of receiving it so as not to break the laws currently in force in Poland
